# Rebadgo

> Rebadgo is a free set of worksheets and a paid client book for the owner of a small United States agency, consultancy or coaching business who resells software under their own badge: a marketing, SEO, web, IT or HR services firm rebranding a vendor's white-label platform, portal, builder or tool and selling it to clients at their own price. The free worksheets take the vendor's wholesale price per client, the setup fee, the platform fee, the reseller's own price and client count and return the monthly revenue, the vendor cost, the gross margin, the margin per client and the break-even client count; and take a rebadged app's setup cost, monthly fee, price to the client and client target and return the first-year budget, revenue and net, the break-even client count and the annual price sheet. Rebadgo Pro, $24 a month for the whole agency, keeps the client book itself: every client with the white-label product they were sold, the seats, the wholesale and retail price, the vendor, the agreement and the renewal date, with history and export under the reseller's own badge. It publishes no vendor's price list and no ranking a vendor paid for; every figure is arithmetic on the reader's own inputs. It is deliberately not an app builder, a hosting reseller account, a course platform or a bank's white-label license.
