The owner of a US marketing, SEO, web, IT, HR or consulting firm with two to thirty people, or a coach or course creator, who resells a vendor's white-label software to clients under their own badge and keeps the client list somewhereNot an app designer after white icons, not a content marketer writing a white paper, not a developer building white-label software, not a bank, broker or sportsbook licensing a regulated platform, not a dropshipper, and not a hosting reseller
White label software resold under your own badge: the margin worked out, the app launched, and the client book kept for the agency that rebadges a vendor's product
Rebadgo is for the owner of a small United States agency, consultancy or coaching business who sells clients a product they did not build: a vendor's platform, portal, builder or tool, rebranded and priced as their own. The free worksheets say what the white-label platform leaves you and what the rebadged app costs to launch. Rebadgo Pro keeps the client book itself.

Price, propose, sell, renew
A reseller's client book is one list, and in most agencies it is a spreadsheet and the vendor's admin panel
-
Every product resold with its wholesale price, your price and the margin per client, written down before the agreement is signed
The vendor's panel knows what it charges you; the invoices know what you charge; nobody knows the margin after the wholesale price went up in March. One line per product with both prices on it is what lets the owner see what the rebadge actually earns.
-
Every client filed against the product they hold, with the seats, the price and the renewal date
A client list kept in the vendor's admin panel belongs to the vendor's contract, not to you. Filing each client in your own book with their seats, their price and their renewal is what makes the book yours when the reseller agreement ends or the vendor changes hands.
-
Every renewal and price change recorded against the client, with the date and the proposal that carried it
A renewal handled from memory is a renewal missed. Holding the date against the client, with the price sheet that was signed and the change that was proposed, is what turns a churned client into a renewed one and a price rise into a conversation rather than an argument.

Should you just use the vendor's reseller portal or a general CRM?
If you resell one vendor's product and the vendor's portal shows every client with their seats and price, and you never intend to add a second vendor, use the portal. If you run a large agency with a sales team, a general CRM with a pipeline will suit you and the client book is one object in it. Rebadgo is for the agency between those: two or three white-label products from different vendors, a few dozen clients, and one owner who needs the margin and the renewals in one book they own.
| Rebadgo | The vendor's reseller portal or a general CRM | |
|---|---|---|
| What you are buying | A book of your clients and the products you resell them, with both prices, the agreements and the renewals | The vendor's view of its own product, or a pipeline tool the client book is one corner of |
| How it starts | You open it and file the first product; the free worksheets need no account at all | The vendor's portal is there already; a CRM is a setup and a data load |
| How it is priced | $24 per month for your whole agency, billed monthly, cancel from your account page | The portal is free with the agreement and disappears with it; a CRM is priced per seat on an annual contract |
| What it does not do | It does not build the app, host the platform, run your sales pipeline or rule on what the reseller agreement allows | Covers the vendor's product or the pipeline, at a dependency or a price a small agency may not want |
No competitor price is stated here, deliberately: CRMs are priced per seat against contract length and vendor portals are bundled with the reseller agreement, so any figure would be invented. This hub's own price is the one number on the page, and it is the same number on the pricing page, in the plan panel and at checkout.
The margin is worked out. Rebadgo Pro is where the client book lives.
Upgrading turns a worked margin into a book. The platform you priced on the worksheet is filed as the product you resell, each client is filed against it with their seats and their price, the renewal date is a reminder rather than a surprise, and the proposal and the price sheet render under your badge from the book rather than being retyped.
- Download the proposal or the price sheet as a file to send to a client
- Your proposals and price sheets without our name on them
- Save a product's margin and reopen it when the vendor changes the price
- Your agency name and logo on every proposal, price sheet and renewal notice
- Send a client their renewal notice from inside the book
- Not sold on this hub: a reseller invoices clients from its own billing, not through us
- Not sold on this hub: the book's totals export to your accountant instead
